The Orchestra da Camera Roma Classica is made up of soloists and qualified
musicians belonging to the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, of
teachers from musical conservatories, and of other important foreign
and Italian prominent musicians. |
This chamber orchestra
has ten years of concert experience and has often been invited to perform
by important Italian and foreign musical societies. It has also played in
Kumamoto, Kobe, Osaka and Tokyo (Metropolitan) in Japan, in Austria, Germany,
Luxemburg, in Madrid, Oviedo, Barcelona and Murcia in Spain, in Strasburg
in France, in Montevideo in Uraguay, in Buenos Aires in Argentina, and in
Santiago in Chile. It has recorded the "Concerti Grossi" by Corelli, the
"Four Seasons" by Vivaldi (soloist Angelo Stefanato), and the monographs
dedicated to "Paganini" and "Tartini" (soloist Vincenzo Bolognese), "Rossini"
(Sonata a quattro), "Boccherini" and the "Adagio" (soloists Santi Interdonato,
Paolo Pollastri, Carlo Tamponi) for the "P&P Classica" label.
