Born in Forlė and graduated from the Bologna Conservatory with full
grades and honours, he has won many competitions among which those
for the RAI Symphony Orchestra and the Teatro alla Scala in Milan.

Already First Horn
of the Teatro dell'Opera of Rome and the RAI Symphony Orchestra, he has
taught in the Reggio Calabria, Pesaro, Frosinone and Rome Conservatories
and holds specialisation courses and masterclasses. He is often invited
to take part in national and international juries. Giuliani carries out
solo activities in Italy and abroad and collaborates, as First Horn, with
the National S. Cecilia Academy. He has recorded the most part of the solo
repertoire for his instrument - including compositions dedicated to him
- for various record companies. He has collaborated with the most prestigious
orchestra directors. He has recently been nominated "Academic Honorary Member
of the Bologna Philharmonic Academy and for other merits in the musical
field and horn concert artist". He is the author of educational works dedicated
to the Horn, published by Edi-Pan and Ricordi.
