Ordering on-line with a credit card 
You can order our CDs directly from our web site and pay with your credit card. You will be guided through 3 simple steps where you will insert your shipping and billing address. When it comes to the step where you have to enter your credit card details, you will be transferred to a secure server.

Ordering on-line, completing the order via fax
You can follow the same step as for any other on-line order, and choose as your option to complete you order by sending us your credit card information by fax. You will receive an email from us with your order details and the fields for the details you might enter. You might then print out this form, fill in the fields and fax it to us at 39 06 3336529.

Ordering on-line, completing the order via direct money transfer or postal order
Just browse around our catalogue and choose the titles you like. When it comes to ordering the items in your shopping basket, you will be offered the option to send us your choices on-line, but pay via a direct money transfer or postal order - and you will be given the bank co-ordinates to complete such operations (an email will be sent to you to confirm your choices and recall you of our bank details; please note that the order will be processed and completed only when your payment will be received; in case of international money orders this might take a couple of weeks).

Security
If you are ordering on-line using your credit card, when it comes to the moment where you have to enter your credit card details, you will be transferred to a secure server, owned and managed by SEP (Servizi Pagamenti SPA), a company owned by Banca San Paolo di Torino - one of the oldest, largest and most respected Italian Banks. SEP uses SSL encryption. 

Shipping costs and information
All our CDs can be sent via registered service through national posts, or by express courier.
Registered mail packages ship the same or next day of the order. Shipping costs for the first CD (being it a coverpak /single/ or a coverbook /double/ CD) are 4.20 Euros. Each additional coverpak (single) will cost in shipping additional 1.00 Euros. Each additional coverbook (double) will cost in shipping additional 2.00 Euros. Registered express service shipping time might vary according to your location: in our experience, from 3 to 21 days for remote location (e.g. Solomon Islands). 
Courier deliveries ship the same day. Prices vary according to weight and destination. Please check out this table for comparisons. If you cannot find your country in the following list, in all likely we still can ship your order: just drop us an email: sales@ppmusic.com.
